Founder's Story

ranav Enterprises started over three decades ago in Jaipur, a city where craft isn’t a hobby but a way of life. The founder didn’t set out to build a company so much as to fix a gap they kept noticing — beautiful, skilled work being sold for a fraction of its worth, with the artisan rarely getting credit or a fair share. What began as a handful of direct relationships with local craftspeople slowly grew into a network of 250-300 artisans across the country, each one treated as a partner rather than a supplier. That original idea still drives the company today.
Our Mission

ranav Enterprises exists to empower India’s artisans — to help preserve, showcase, and share the talent behind some of the world’s oldest craft forms. Our goal is to raise the dignity of the Indian artisan, ensure fair prices and fair partnerships, and help craft communities reach markets they’d otherwise never access. We work directly with artisans, cutting out middlemen, so more of the value created by their hands stays with the people who made it. In doing so, we hope to keep craft a viable, respected livelihood — not just for today’s artisans, but for the generations after them.
