1. Agreement of Use
By browsing this e-commerce platform and submitting inquiries, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, and guests of our digital storefront
2. Retail Purchase Scope (B2C)
Our website is designed for Business-to-Consumer (B2C) transactions. We sell individual products directly to consumers. There are no minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements, allowing you to buy single garments, paintings, or accessories

All catalog prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) or localized foreign currencies. We reserve the right to modify prices on individual catalog items at any time without prior notice to reflect resource cost dynamics
4. Ordering & Stock Availability
Our products are produced in low-volume artisan schedules. If an item is temporarily sold out due to looming queues, we will reach out to you via email or WhatsApp to offer alternative options or state-of-order logs
5. Pre-Paid Order Policy
All purchases must be fully prepaid via credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or UPI systems. Orders will not be dispatched or allocated to artisan weaving schedules until payment confirmation is fully cleared
6. Domestic Shipping & Logistics
We partner with leading Indian logistics companies (like BlueDart or Delhivery) to ship domestic purchases. Standard domestic delivery takes 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch
7. International Shipping & Customs Duties
We ship our premium collections worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that any import duties, customs tariffs, or local taxes levied by destination countries are the sole liability of the buyer
8. User Details Accuracy
You agree to supply accurate, current, and complete shipping address and contact details. We cannot be held liable for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect user shipping profiles
9. Natural Handloom Disclaimers
Each product is made by hand, containing slight variations in ikat alignment, printing shades, and thread wefts. These are indicators of genuine artisanal work. By buying, you agree to accept these natural human characteristics
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All text, image galleries, logo banners, icons, and code on Swadesh Online are the proprietary property of Pranav Enterprises Jpr and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reuse or download catalog images for commercial reseller use
11. Prohibited Site Activities
Users are prohibited from using the platform to upload malicious code, scrape product catalog data, execute automated scripts, or attempt unauthorized database access to secure customer transactions data
12. Limitation of Corporate Liability
In no event shall Swadesh or Pranav Enterprises Jpr be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or delivery delays beyond our logical control
13. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or litigation arising from site use or purchases shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
14. Fixed Prices
All prices displayed on our website and digital catalogs are fixed, final, and non-negotiable. Prices represent the premium artisanal labor and materials of each piece, and individual negotiations are not accepted.
15. No Discounts
Pranav Enterprises does not support, advertise, or offer discounts, seasonal sale reductions, or coupon codes. All sales are processed at the standard fixed price listed on our platform.
16. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
